In the past I've been asked to photograph some chef's and their signature dishes for Style magazine and then I've done some interior shoots for them as well. This past February they asked me to go and shoot a Boudoir photographer and I thought to myself "My that is quite the departure from the Asian Turkey Cup and the Maple glazed duck!" I wasn't certain of what I was getting myself into but I never want to turn any kind of work down so I kind of gulped and said ok sure! I then immediately contacted a friend in New York who does Boudoir photography to find out what kind of lenses, lighting etc does she use. Anyway, it turned out to be a simple interior photo shoot of her Boudoir photography studio and could I get a shot of the photographer too! Phew! I love to make women feel beautiful naturally and I always love a beautiful space.
Here are my favourite photos from that shoot. You can review the whole story in today's Style magazine insert for subscribers (Ottawa).
