Last Saturday I participated as a "Walk Leader" for Scott Kelby's Annual World Wide Photo Walk where over 28,409 people around the world got together to share their love of photography and meet new friends. Our Manotick Chapter was small but no less enthusiastic. Three new friends from Aylmer and Stittsville joined Eddie, my grand-daughter Emma and I walk around Manotick with camera in hand. It was a gorgeous day with the fall colours almost at their peak. We were fortunate to come across a Harvest Festival at the Dickinson House museum where they were preparing home made apple sauce. Lunch was served at the Black Dog Bistro. Here are my favourite pictures from the day. Thanks for dropping by and I wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving weekend.
