Dad's 85th Birthday

We celebrated Dad's 85th birthday yesterday.  To honour him, I had an old vintage photo of his from World War II restored so that we could have a photo cake made.  He says at the time the photo was taken he was about 19 years old and somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic.  This would have been 1942.  Here are the before and after photos.

Finally got to see some pics. on a apple computer in the city...
Can you send me a high res image of Dad on the ship so I can make a copy and put it in a frame with the picture of Mom at the party...You can send to julieric@mts.net.
