Mont Saint-Victoire & Camarque

We moved into our Gite (Small cottage) in Aix-en-Provence yesterday.  It is so cute.  We have been so busy this past week with so much to see, it is nice to relax a bit.  Yesterday we went looking for Cezanne's view of his famous painting:  Mont Saint-Victoire.  We found it not to far from where his workshop was.  We have yet to visit his atelier/workshop but plan to do so soon.

Today, we went to see  the horses of Camarque..  Apparently these horses are descendants of the pre-historic horses.  They are supposed to be wild and running free which is what I wanted to see, but found more of them borded up for hire.

We found it a bit chilly today with the Mistral winds.

Tomorrow we are off to St Tropez. :)  I hope it is warm enough to have a swim in the Mediterranean.
