A Crack in Everything

from $125.00

Wakefield, Quebec. Early December 2023.

Two days of heavy snow, then this — the storm breaking open over the Gatineau Hills and the light coming through like it had been waiting.
There was no one around. Just the town, the snow on the wires, the white weight of it on every branch and rooftop.
And then down by the river, this fence, those trees lit up against the dark clouds still hanging over the valley.
Leonard Cohen wrote: "There is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in."
I thought about that standing there.

This photograph is printed on Hahnemühle fine art paper with a white border and is available as both an Open Edition and Limited Edition Fine Art Print.

Small 8×10” — Matted, Open Edition — $125

Medium 11×14” — Edition of 25 — $250

Large 16×20” — Edition of 15 — $525

All prints are hand signed by the artist. Limited Editions are numbered and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity with matching hologram.

Free shipping to Canada and the United States. Larger sizes available — please enquire.
